This week’s footage captures the final stages of demolition at Claystone, a process now complete on site. Reaching this point reflects months of coordinated planning and permitting work behind the scenes. Developed in partnership with Hankyu Hanshin Properties, the site is clearing the way for the next phase of construction.

Municipal site utility work is continuing at Claystone. This is a vital step in the construction process to connect the future building to the town of Oakville services.
