Construction Updates

On September 17th, we marked the start of construction in Bronte Village. Thank you to our partners at Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., Councilor Jonathan McNeice and Councilor Sean O’Meara, the Town of Oakville, and to the many trades and consultants who work together to make this milestone possible.

This week’s footage captures the final stages of demolition at Claystone, a process now complete on site. Reaching this point reflects months of coordinated planning and permitting work behind the scenes. Developed in partnership with Hankyu Hanshin Properties, the site is clearing the way for the next phase of construction.

Municipal site utility work is continuing at Claystone. This is a vital step in the construction process to connect the future building to the town of Oakville services.

It’s official, site preparations have begun at Claystone! Municipal works are underway, with our in-house construction team preparing for a fall construction start. We look forward to sharing continued progress!

In this update, Brendan Conway, SVP Construction, and Neil Pattison, SVP Development, share how the team is progressing behind the scenes from financing and permitting milestones to early site preparation starting this summer. As we transition from planning into execution, the focus remains on strong coordination, disciplined delivery, and setting the project up for long-term success.

We’re excited to share that construction financing is now in place and Claystone is officially moving forward. This marks an important step toward bringing the Claystone vision to life and the confidence of our lending partners in Graywood, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and our vision for Claystone. We couldn’t be more excited to share the journey with our purchasers and community.
